We've all been to Wings Etc. We've all had the food. It's chicken 🐔... But this location has good service, and clean bathrooms while some of the other locations do not have either.

Normally I would give a 5 star review as I am a huge fan of your bone-in wings and chicken sandwich which are (usually) consistently very good. Now, I am not one to complain but after our visit on 7/16/23 I will make an exception in the hope that the quality put out by the kitchen is not repeated. This was not the kitchen’s finest evening in my opinion (and that of my wife’s). Wings etc is usually one of the most consistent eateries for quality which is why my wife & I frequently eat there. On this occasion it was very disappointing, however. The “Baron”, normally a thick, succulent chicken breast was thinner than normal, dry and burnt on one side. The boneless wings, some of which were very small, were mostly breading. They were served with two small, and I mean small, pieces of celery when normally there are four large stalks. I would suggest that it doesn't take a whole lot of experience in the service industry to realize that this is not acceptable. The jalapeño poppers were excellent as were the fries. Our bar side server was pleasant and fairly efficient albeit the bar side was not busy at all. Sadly, the “Baron” has left a lasting impression.

Great lunch after Black Friday shopping! This is the All American burger with tots. They offered an add a wing deal that added 3 traditional wings! Perfect amount of flavor in the whole meal! I love this location!

Family and bar tables .. food was ok. Look out for wings deals.

Took advantage of the wing and daily drink specials and so happy we did. The wings are unique in their own way, love the crispy outside and perfectly cooked center. Haven't been in a while and must note the new method of serving wings on a tray versus the boat they use to use. This allows for the wings to be dipped but not swimming. Great improvement! Service was very friendly and the food arrived in a very timely manner. The only negative was how some of the staff were acting. Although mostly young there is a certain level of professionalism one would expect. I found it odd to have servers massaging the managers shoulders and or "flirting" out in the dining area. It felt like a high school popularity contest. This will not stop me from visiting again. I may just face the wall next time 😉
